Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") applies to all access to and use of Kommandr OS and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. By using Kommandr OS, you agree to abide by this Policy. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. You are the operator

Kommandr OS is an AI-assisted productivity platform. You — the human operator — are responsible for every message that goes out, every camera that goes online, every payout that goes out, and every account you connect. The platform drafts and assists; the platform does not act autonomously without your review unless you explicitly opt in to autopilot.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not, and you may not enable any user of your account to:

  • Operate fake or purchased accounts. Each marketplace account you connect must be operated by a real, consenting human (you, your spouse, an employee, or a partner who has authorized you). Selling or using identity-fabricated accounts violates Meta, OfferUp, Craigslist, and similar platforms' policies and is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Spam or harass. No mass-unsolicited messaging beyond the per-account caps the platform enforces. No targeting of users who have asked you to stop.
  • Sell illegal or restricted items. Stolen goods, counterfeits, illegal drugs, weapons (where prohibited), human remains, endangered species, and any item prohibited by the marketplace's policy.
  • Operate cameras unlawfully. You may only connect cameras to property you own or operate. You must comply with all state and federal recording laws — including two-party-consent audio-recording laws in CA, FL, IL, PA, MA, MT, NV, NH, WA, CT, and any other applicable jurisdiction. Post visible signage where required.
  • Place auto-dialed or unsolicited voice calls. Voice calling features (when available) require recipient consent or compliance with TCPA, the Federal Do-Not-Call Registry, and applicable state DNC laws.
  • Use the AI to commit fraud. No fabricated reviews, fake offers, sock-puppet endorsements, or impersonation of real people.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform. No extracting model outputs at scale to retrain another model, no scraping our APIs.
  • Bypass our compliance gates. No turning off Review-Before-Send and using autopilot to fire bot-like responses without disclosure in jurisdictions that require disclosure (e.g. California SB 1001).
  • Affiliate fraud. No self-referrals, no incentivized clicks, no purchasing through your own referral link to earn commission.

3. Marketplace platform terms

Use of features that interact with third-party platforms (Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, Mercari, etc.) may violate those platforms' terms of service. You assume all risk of suspension, ban, financial loss, or legal action arising from such use. Kommandr OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

4. AI disclosures and honesty

If a person you are communicating with asks whether they are talking to an AI or a human, you must tell the truth. The platform surfaces a one-click "honest reply" suggestion when this is detected. Refusing to identify when sincerely asked, in a commercial context, may violate California SB 1001 and similar laws.

5. Tax and financial reporting

P&L exports and other financial summaries generated by Kommandr OS are informational only and are not tax documents. You are responsible for filing your own taxes and consulting your own accountant. If you are paid through Kommandr OS's referral program, you must complete a Form W-9 before payouts above $599/year clear; we issue 1099-NEC forms in January for the prior tax year.

6. Reporting violations

To report a violation of this Policy, email abuse@kommandros.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We respond to credible reports within 5 business days.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in any combination of: warnings, feature suspension, account suspension, account termination with no refund, blocking of payouts, forfeiture of accrued referral commissions, reporting to law enforcement, and civil action.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
