Price against what comparable pieces actually SOLD for, not what other sellers are asking — asking prices include everything that never sold. Adjust for condition, brand, and whether the piece is easy to move: a solid-wood dresser one person can carry sells faster than a sectional needing two people and a truck. Sales you take through Kommandr (your website checkout, pay links and invoices) carry a 3.5% platform fee with card processing included; sales you take anywhere else carry no Kommandr fee.

When am I charged, and how do I cancel?+
The free plan never charges you. When you upgrade, you are charged for the plan you pick — $147 for Flipper or $397 for Pro — on the secure Stripe checkout, then monthly on the same date. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan in two clicks — no call, no email, no contract. Your data stays exportable before and after.
