Common questions

• How do I connect a marketplace? Open Kommandr Konnect in your dashboard — eBay and OfferUp connect in‑app from there, no extension needed. Facebook Marketplace is the one that needs the Kommandr OS Chrome extension: install it, sign in to your Kommandr account, and click Connect.
• How do I disconnect a marketplace? Open your Kommandr dashboard and disconnect any marketplace anytime. You're always in control of which accounts are connected.
• Is my account safe? You connect your own accounts and post from them directly, with a schedule you set and a one‑click pause. We only access the marketplaces you explicitly connect, and we never sell your data. See our extension privacy policy.
• Do I need a Kommandr account? Yes — the extension is the hands that act inside your browser; your Kommandr dashboard (kommandros.com) is the brain.
