Data Deletion

You can delete your Kommandr OS account and all associated data — including any connected Facebook, Instagram, or other social-media tokens and the content generated for those accounts — at any time.

Delete from inside the app

Go to Settings → Your Data and use Delete my account forever. This permanently removes your profile, your generated content, and every connected social-platform access token we hold. Disconnecting a single platform (Kommandr Konnect → Disconnect) revokes and deletes just that platform's token while keeping the rest of your account.

In the Kommandr OS phone app (iPhone or Android), tap More → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. It is the same deletion as on the web.

Request deletion by email

Prefer us to do it for you? Email support@kommandros.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will permanently delete your account and all connected social-media data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login
• All access tokens for connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Content you generated and any scheduled or draft posts
• Usage history tied to your account
• Your listings, inventory, contacts, messages and catches
• Phone-app notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
• Order, payment and tax records we are required by law to keep, for as long as the law requires (payment card details are held by Stripe, never by us).
• Referral records needed for tax accounting, with your identity removed.
• A one-way hashed record that a deletion happened, for up to 7 years, as proof of compliance.

Revoking access from the platform's side (e.g. Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → Remove) also stops Kommandr OS from accessing that account immediately.
