Returns & Refunds

Stores powered by Kommandr OS are operated by independent Sellers. Each Seller sets and is responsible for their own returns and refunds policy, including for resale, used, vintage, and final-sale items.

Default policy (when a Seller hasn’t published their own)

Unless the Seller states otherwise on their store or order confirmation:

  • Contact the Seller within 48 hours of receiving (or picking up) an item if it arrives not as described or damaged.
  • Many resale items are sold as-is / final sale — check the item description and ask questions before buying.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

How to request a refund

Reach out directly to the Seller you purchased from (their contact details are on the storefront and your receipt) with your order details and the reason. The Seller will review and respond.

Payment disputes

Card payments are processed by Stripe. If you can’t resolve an issue with the Seller, you retain any chargeback rights provided by your card issuer.
