Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Kommandr OS sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to people who have asked to receive them. This page explains our messaging program and the exact way you give consent. Consent to receive texts is never required to sign up, to buy, or to use any part of the service.

Who we text, and how they opt in

There are two ways someone opts in, and we only text a mobile number after it has done one of them:

1. Kommandr OS account holders (at signup)

When you create a Kommandr OS account, you may check an optional box to receive texts from us. The box is unchecked by default and reads, word for word:

“Kommandr OS can text me product updates & reselling tips. Msg & data rates may apply, msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Optional — not required to sign up.”

These texts include account and product updates, service notices, and occasional reselling tips.

2. Customers of a Kommandr-powered storefront (at checkout or contact)

Independent Sellers run storefronts on Kommandr OS. When you order or send a message through one, you may check an optional box to receive texts about that order. The box is unchecked by default and reads, word for word:

“Email & text me updates & occasional offers. Msg & data rates may apply, msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.”

These texts are transactional — order confirmations, pickup and delivery scheduling, appointment reminders, and replies to questions the customer sends.

Sample messages

• “Kommandr OS: Your weekly numbers are ready — log in to see this week’s sales and what needs you. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Kommandr OS: Your order #1042 (walnut credenza) is scheduled for pickup Sat 2:00 PM. Reply with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders, and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Kommandr OS does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@kommandros.com.

• HELP reply: “Kommandr OS: Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Help: support@kommandros.com”
• STOP reply: “Kommandr OS: You’re unsubscribed and will get no more texts. Reply HELP for help.”

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for and to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Carrier note: no mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
