Kommandr OS scans local marketplace listings continuously. These pages report what it finds: the median asking price for used furniture in each metro, the spread around it, and which categories have the most supply — computed over the last 30 days, with the sample size printed beside every figure.
A city appears here once the scanner has seen at least 250 listings in it. Below that there is no page. A median from a handful of listings is a number pretending to be evidence, and it is the one claim on a page that anyone can disprove.
No metro has crossed the threshold yet. Pages publish themselves as the scanner accumulates listings — nothing here is written by hand.
The guides cover how to price a piece against sold comps, what to pay, and what the move actually costs.
