For couch flippers

Know what it is worth before you load it.

Kommandr OS is software for couch flippers: it alerts you to underpriced sofas near you with the margin already estimated, lists them to your own accounts from one upload, and tracks what you actually kept after fuel, fees and tax.

One flat plan — $397/mo at public launch. Founding members keep $197/mo for life.

The three that cost the most

Every couch flipper we talked to described the same three problems, usually in the same order.

“I drove an hour for a couch that was worth $60.”

The couch trade is the one where being wrong is expensive. You do not just lose the buy price — you lose the truck, the fuel, the helper, and the afternoon. Guessing at value is the single most costly habit in this business, and it is the one almost nobody has tooling for.

“Listing it three times takes longer than moving it.”

A sectional takes twenty minutes to photograph and load, and then an hour to type into three different marketplaces with three different forms. The listing work outlasts the physical work, which is backwards, and it is why most flippers quietly end up posting to only one place and waiting.

“I have no idea if this is actually working.”

Cash comes in, cash goes out, gas gets paid at the pump and never written down. Without fuel, fees and the tax slice tracked per piece, the monthly number is a feeling instead of a fact — and a feeling cannot tell you which category to buy more of.

What Kommandr OS does about it

The one that matters most
Know the margin before you rent the truck

Photograph the sofa where it stands and get an estimated buy-at price, list-at price, and profit read in seconds, with a plain verdict — good deal, thin, or pass. This is the feature couch flippers actually need, because the cost of a wrong buy is measured in hours and diesel, not just dollars. If a scan finds no profit in the piece, it does not spend a credit.

Set the hunt once and stop refreshing

Describe what you flip — sectionals under a price ceiling, within a radius you would actually drive — and matching listings arrive with the margin already estimated. You stop scrolling feeds in the evening, and you stop finding the good ones after they are gone.

One upload, every channel you sell on

Photograph once, write once, and post to your own accounts across the local marketplaces and eBay on a human daytime schedule. Editing the price once updates it everywhere, so a piece never sits advertised at two different numbers.

Profit that includes the drive

Fuel and mileage, the buy price, materials, marketplace fees and a tax set-aside are all recorded against the individual piece. At the end of the month you are reading a number, not reconstructing one.

From the founding testers

We are in early access with a small group of working resellers. Real quotes from real founding testers go here as they come in — with the disclosure that they receive Kommandr OS free in exchange for honest feedback. We do not buy testimonials and we do not invent them, so this space stays empty until someone has actually used it.

Who this is not for

If flipping is an occasional weekend thing, this is more software than you need — buy a cheap crosslisting app instead. If you need a checkout register for a shop floor, Kommandr OS is not a point-of-sale system and will disappoint you. And no software can promise that a particular couch sells, or that a marketplace behaves a certain way; what this does is remove the guessing, the retyping, and the mystery in the books.

Stop guessing in the driveway.

Sourcing with real margins, listing once instead of three times, and books that count the drive.

Couch flipping software FAQ

What is couch flipping software?

Couch flipping software is a tool that helps you find underpriced sofas and sectionals locally, list them for resale, and track the profit on each piece. Kommandr OS does all three in one plan: it alerts you to matching local listings with an estimated margin, posts your listing to your own marketplace accounts from a single upload, and records fuel, fees and tax against each flip so the profit figure is real.

How do I know what a used couch is worth before I buy it?

Take a photo of it on the spot. Kommandr OS reads the item and returns an estimated buy-at price, list-at price and profit, plus a verdict of good deal, thin, or pass. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee — no tool can promise what a specific buyer will pay — but it replaces the fifty-open-tabs comparison you would otherwise do standing in someone else's living room.

Is this worth it if I only flip a few couches a month?

Probably not, and we would rather say so. Kommandr OS is priced for people running resale as a business — one flat plan covering sourcing, listing, a storefront, a CRM and the books. If you flip occasionally and only need to copy listings between apps, a low-cost crosslisting tool is the honest recommendation.

Do I need to give you my marketplace passwords?

No. You connect your own accounts and the listings post as you, from your accounts. Kommandr OS never asks you to hand over a marketplace password, and it does not create accounts on your behalf.

Does it work on my phone in someone's driveway?

Yes — the scan, the alerts and the buyer messages are built to be used standing next to the item. That is where the decisions in this business actually get made.
